Super bowl is not superbowl without a few cons of beer craking here and there. However beer or alcohol reduces blood sugar level and as a resultcreats craving which normaly leads to unhealthy snacking.
Chicken does the opposite and increase blood sugar level and stave on the craving. Though a complex food and can be prepared so as to fit as a snack.
For examples : already cooked and chopped tikka fillets with an easy made dressing of greek yoghurt, coriander leaves chilli, black paper and a little salt mixed together.
it's simple,nutitious and definately a good superbowl snack.
Chicken also contains amino acids that boosts the feel good hormone -which really good no matter which side wins
